Your donations can change lives. Every £1 raised through the Big Lent Walk will help fight poverty globally in countries like Afghanistan, Colombia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and South Sudan.
I covered 134 miles on my mobility sccoter visted Wickham, Portchester, Highlands Road, Bishopfield and St Philip Howard. Did a loop via Stubbington and around the new road. New Gate lane , HMS Collingwood, Gosport, Redlands Lane the coast path up to Wallington and back to Sacred Heart. No to forget I also did a stations of the cross stopping at all the places of worship in the centre of Fareham on Maundy Thursday. Grand Total raised £500 by the time I have collected all my sponsorship donations.
Just heard that the Holy Father has gone to join all the Saints and I would like to dedicate this ride around the town and borough of Fareham to Him for all he has done to encourage us to help those in need.
