Our parish is eager to lace up our walking shoes once more and take part in The Big Lent Walk for CAFOD on Saturday, March 29th. Please sponsor us!
Setting out from St Wilfrid's Church, Hailsham we will walk together along the Cuckoo trail to St George's Church, Polegate. We aim to walk 200 km as a team. Please join our team to help us reach our shared goal and /or sponsor us. All sponsorship can be made to this dedicated page.
We'll be taking on this shared challenge to support communities around the world to lift themselves out of poverty and are very grateful for any donations.
We shall walk together as Pilgrims of Hope, the theme of this Jubilee Year in which the Pope invites us all to become tangible signs of hope for those of our brothers and sisters who experience hardships of any kind.
Your donations can change lives. Every £1 raised through the Big Lent Walk will help fight poverty globally in countries like Afghanistan, Colombia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and South Sudan.
